First things first – if you haven’t already, download the OplaCRM app from the App Store or CH Play to kick off your journey. Once you’re in, you’ll see a helpful pop-up with simple instructions to guide you through. Make sure to read it – it's super handy!
Now here’s the fun part: head over to the bottom left of your screen, where you’ll find your very own "Oppy" waiting. Think of Oppy as your friendly pet bot, here to make your experience as smooth and productive as possible.
The “very first” features of Oppy
To interact with the Oppy, click on it to open the menu with options like Cry, Idle, or Run. Select an action, and the character will respond with delightful animations. Experiment with different actions to enjoy its charm, and check for updates to unlock new interactive behaviors.
Note: Oppy’s animation will automatically change to interact with users and make their sales journey more engaging. These are just some of the basic features of Oppy, designed to add fun and personality to your experience.
